Refund Policy

Except as set out in this policy, all sales are final.

If you purchased a Helium Consulting Service that has not been delivered within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order for a refund. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer be entitled to receive the Service.

Please note that no refunds will be accepted after the service has been provided.
