Get Started With TrackMate

1) Subscribe to TrackMate:

Contact us to sign up and subscribe to TrackMate by purchasing a plan from the pricing plans. 

Both monthly and yearly plans are available, along with enterprise plans for large operations. Contact us for specifics on enterprise plans.

2) Download TrackMate:

Follow our guide to download and use TrackMate on Android, iOS, and the web.

Create an account and sign-in using your designated credentials.

3) Purchase sensor(s):

Purchase the desired sensor(s) for your needs by choosing your sensors from our list of supported sensors. 

While we are constantly working to support additional sensors, only the sensors on this list are compatible with TrackMate at this time.

4) Add sensor(s):

Add sensors purchased from our supported vendors to your account. Read our guide on adding sensors for more.

If you already own or purchase a supported sensor from another vendor, complete this form to add the sensor(s) to your account.

5) Customize:

Tailor the app to your needs by creating custom alerts to trigger when certain conditions are met.

For example, when an asset enters or leaves an area, environmental conditions are reached, a water-leak is detected, or a door is left open too long, etc. Do not hesitate to contact our support team if you are in need of any assistance.
